The Trillium Community Help Foundation (TCHF) is a CRA-registered non-profit charity dedicated to creating positive change across Canadian communities. We believe that through collaboration, compassion, and targeted action, we can build a more equitable society.

Our team of dedicated staff and hundreds of volunteers work year-round to deliver programs that address the real, pressing needs of seniors, newcomers, and vulnerable individuals — from shoveling driveways in winter to connecting immigrants with career opportunities.

What We Do

Six programs. One purpose.

Consumer Awareness & Protection

We run free educational workshops helping Canadians — particularly seniors and newcomers — understand their rights, recognize fraud, and make informed financial decisions.

Shovel For Seniors

Each winter, our volunteers provide snow removal services for seniors 65+ who cannot safely manage their driveways and walkways, preventing falls and isolation.

HealthEssentials

We distribute critical health and hygiene supplies to low-income families and unhoused individuals through partner shelters and agencies across the country.

CareerConnect Canada

Newcomers receive resume coaching, interview preparation, and mentorship from professionals in their field — helping them join the Canadian workforce with confidence.

Blood Donation Support

We promote blood donation through education, appointment scheduling, and transportation assistance — partnering with Canadian Blood Services to save lives.

Immigration Help & Awareness

Free workshops on immigration processes, settlement services, and fraud prevention — plus referral support to help newcomers navigate life in Canada.
